A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
A FULL RELEASE OF TWO CASH SURETIES IN THE
AMOUNT OF $5,500 AND $2,200, RESPECTIVELY FROM
STOR-ALL; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, on February 1, 2002, two cash bonds were received by the City for the
zompletion of the permitted work at Stor-All (Knuth Road/3400 Old Boynton Road); and
WHEREAS, the work has been completed and the Certificate of Occupancy has been
issued;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, upon the
of staff, hereby approves the release of the cash sureties in the amount of
$$5,500 and $2,200, to Stor~All.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
